Role of Consultants

 

By first identifying the opportunities for improvement for your existing management system, our consultants will help prepare an Environment Management System based on the International, regulatory and government requirements to enhance your organization’s environmental performance. Assistance will be provided to create awareness with respect to the organization’s role in eradicating pollution and striving towards environment friendly policies.

The system documentation phase will include assistance in preparation of detailed systems and procedures and documenting them in addition to the EMS Manual. Tasks involved in this phase will include:

   
 
  • Assist the Top Management Representatives to define Environmental Policy
  • Conduct risk assessment on all company’s activities and processes in order to identify and evaluate the environmental aspects and impacts with coordination to the company staffs
