Gap Analysis
 
  • In depth analysis of the existing system

Project Planning
 
  • Review with the company’s management its short term as well as long term strategic goals and objectives, in order to take the set goals into account in the development of a Management System
  • Submit a project implementation plan detailing all steps to be achieved until certification
   
System Documentation
 
  • ISO/Management System Manual which summarizes the System implemented in the company
  • Assist the assigned company personnel to prepare procedures, work instructions, files and formats, etc.
  • Review of prepared documents and then design and fully document the manual
   
System Implementation
 
  • Provide a plan to the company for the implementation phase
  • Supervise and guide the system introduction and initialization to ensure smooth and effective implementation phase
  • Conducting an Internal Audit to see if the system is compliant with the relevant management system
  • Management Review meetings to take top management on board and follow up on necessary corrective actions with concerned Departments
  • Assistance in initial certification by supporting the company’s Management during the external audit that will be conducted by the certification body, and will be responsible for helping the Management Representative in closing of Non-conformities raised by the Certification body, if any.
